What exactly does the video interview service include?

How will interviews be conducted? In person or remotely?

We usually do them in person at the company stand, but you can also choose to do it remotely. You can combine the two in a single interview, which would help make it much more attractive and dynamic.

How long does each interview last?

The maximum duration should be 15 minutes. The mini clips last a maximum of 3 minutes depending on the topics discussed.

When and how will interviews be scheduled?

Once you have completed the contact form or confirmed your spot via email, we will send you a document called the Confirmation Order. This document will contain all the contracted information, including the date and services, so you can proceed with the payment.

Can I customize the content of the interviews to suit my company's needs?

Of course we do. We do it exclusively for each company.

What is the total duration of the service?

All the content we create does not expire. The contact form will only be active for one year.

The time to complete the work corresponds to coordination and content creation. At events we usually spend 30 minutes at each stand. Then, for the video editing, it usually takes us a maximum of 3 weeks.

What is the cost of the service and what are the payment options?

You can choose the Simple option or the Medium option. The difference between them is that in the Medium Option, we create mini clips that allow greater visibility and help separate content by themes and products. We also send a direct mailing to the entire industry database.

Payment methods can be via bank transfer, PayPal, any credit or debit card, Zelle, and check.

Can I get a preview of the questions or topics that will be covered in the interviews?

Of course, we always send the questions to be coordinated beforehand.

Do you offer any additional support or advice after interviews?

Yes, we can help you with any queries you may have.

How will the interview materials be delivered once the service is completed?

Once the editing is finished, we send you the video and the articles by email so that you can correct them and once approved, we publish them on all platforms.

What are the availability dates for booking the service?

Once the quota is full, reservations can no longer be made.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel an interview?
